If you cannot do the muscle-ups do 120 pull-ups and 120 dips.

15 Muscle-ups
If you cannot do the muscle-ups do 60 pull-ups and 60 dips 0r 30 Jumping muscle ups and 30 pull ups and 30 dips.
Puppies:
For time:
10 Muscle-ups
If you cannot do the muscle-ups do 40 jumping pull-ups and 40 bench dips or 20 squat muscle ups.

You might have to ask for rings at the gym under the pool, or go to gieger gym I know they have rings in the back past the dumbells have fun!!

I have a set of rings, planning to put them on the pullup bars near the marina about 1130.
Amber, I think you were on the email traffic b/t Ryan, Haley and I. Email me and I may be able to provide some instruction at least a few days a week for the time being, especially for the stuff you've never done.

Had trouble w/ jumping pull ups so did 50 assisted pull ups and dips instead. Gotta start somewhere... lol
